Donate to the MHS Winter Percussion Program!!!

We are thrilled to announce that Millikan Winter Percussion achieved 1st place in our last competition, beating out 54 other groups. We are seeking community support to further elevate our ensemble for the remaining two competitions in addition to advancing winter percussion next season. Your donations help build a stronger, robust program where we can offer specialized coaching for all instruments and more musical equipment for students. We need your help to make the difference for our students.

Winter Percussion

Schedule: Marching Band/PE

The Winter Percussion ensemble is a musical ensemble consisting of only percussion instruments. Shows are similar in design to marching band shows, but the ensemble is formed exclusively of percussion instruments and performs inside of gyms or event centers. Music is written exclusively for this ensemble and allows all the members to be showcased on a variety of percussion instruments. The ensemble competes during the second semester and is an audition for only ensemble. Audition information becomes available in late October/early November
