The Millikan music program accomplished many record highs this year: Symphony Orchestra performing Danzon No. 2 by Marquez, Marching Band taking 5th place in state finals, jazz serenading our community at The Hanger, Winter Percussion performing at the Toyota Arena, chamber night's smash hits, and Winter Guard's 4th place performance at the Bren Center at UCI to name a few. 

All of this success comes at a cost and we need your help to further the experiences we offer our students. 

Our goal for this fundraiser is $20,000. This would set us on the trajectory of excellence for the upcoming year. Our goal can easily be met if every family was able to contribute $100.

  • specialized ​coaches for all students
  • competition fees

Our dreams for the upcoming year: 
  • off-campus performances for concert ensembles
  • a 24' trailer for equipment transportation
  • new drumline instruments
  • new string instruments 
  • new marching band uniforms - we currently don't have enough for our students 
  • recording equipment for our concerts

Recording Project 2022

As we make it to the end of this year all of our instrumental music classes are in the process of recording all the music we've played. We're pulling out our professional recording equipment and putting together an album so you can hear our kids in action!

Music in the Air 2022

Music in the Air is back in full force! Come see all of the MHS music programs perform outside in the school quad on May27th. Entrance is free, donations are greatly appreciated ,food trucks and merch available for purchase at the event!
